We offer your very own customized Frosted Cups with your own personal touch which are perfect giveaways for very important events such as birthdays, wedding, thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, new year to mention a few.

Frosted cups that are good promotional items, fundraising items, or party favors. You can also use them on get-togethers, luncheons, and other corporate events.

These are made of durable, eco-friendly, and BPA free polypropylene with the internal recycling rate around 5% typically and never exceeds 10%. They are great for children, teens, and adults.

-Size: 12oz* - Approximately 4" Height x 3" Top Diameter x 2" Bottom Diameter
-Size: 16oz *- Approximately 4.25" Height x 3.4" Top Diameter x 2.2" Bottom Diameter

Important: Printing methods differ between small and large cup orders. Small runs are completed using a film printing technique, while larger runs are screen printed. This can result in slight differences in color, tone, or cup style between separate orders.


*Cup is measured as filled to the brim. Stated ounces shows approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee.

*A tip would be to choose one size larger cups. If you're planning to have 12oz drinks, buy the 16oz cups.

-In the Notes section, please include:
- Groom Name
- Bride Name
- Wedding Date
- (1) Imprint Color of Choice (we can only use on imprint color ink per order)
- Proof are by request only: add a request if you need one.
-Submit Order

►IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-No Proof requested: Production start within 24 hours of your order.
-Proof requested: Proof made and sent to you within 24 hours via Etsy messaging,
-Proof must be approved or change requested within 2 days of order,
otherwise your order will be forwarded to production on the 3rd day to avoid delays.

-These items are custom designed and personalized for you, therefore all sales are final.
-For orders of 3 items or fewer, a $5 shipping fee will apply. We'll notify you of the shipping charge after you place your order.
-International and non-continental US orders are subject to additional shipping fees.

- Standard: 3 weeks ( 1 to 2 weeks production, 3 to 5 business days Shipping )
- We do offer rush production if needed.

-Please note that Ink color on the digital proof may vary from the actual printed design.
-Screens/monitors/devices are calibrated differently,
therefore seller is not responsible if the color on your screen does not match the actual printed color.

(Digital proof uses RGB colors and print uses CMYK colors
Monitors emit light and physical product surface absorb light,
CMYK colorspace does not include all the colors in the color spectrum that RGB includes)

Defect Policy for Custom Products:

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.

Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

NOTICE FOR CUSTOMS/TARIFFS:

a. Orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
b. International orders are subject to tariffs.
c. Tariffs are determined only upon the arrival of the order.
d. The customers are responsible for paying the tariff/tax. PrintKitty will NOT pay for these for any order.
e. Customer refusal to receive the order due to taxes/tariffs will NOT be refunded.
