Custom and personalized orders

We provide personalized and custom items. Please leave your personalization request in the box provided when ordering your item. If an item you select to purchase does not have the option to personalize you may request with a message. This will entail an additional fee. Specific fonts and colors can be requested with a message to seller PRIOR to purchase. If you order a custom or personalized item without including details of the personalization, I will send a message. You will have 48 hours to respond. If no response, your order may be canceled.

Processing and Shipping Times

Processing time is the time it takes me to make your order. This does not include the actual shipping time. Generally smaller items such as keychains or bookmarks will take approximately 5-6 business days to create. Larger items such as custom signs take 8-10 business days to create. Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. You may upgrade shipping to receive your order more quickly. Once the package is shipped we cannot control any delays by the USPS. Please use the tracking number provided to track your package. Once the item is marked as delivered we cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office.

We do allow refunds or exchanges on items that are not personalized since these items may be re-sold. Please reach out to me within one week of receiving your item. The item must be shipped back and received by our shop PRIOR to receiving your refund. You must ship item back within 2 weeks of having received the item. Once we receive, the item must be in good condition and undamaged to receive a full refund.

Our items are made from epoxy resin. They are decorated with various items such as flowers, gold flakes, glitter, vinyl (mainly for printing of personalization) and other decorations. Epoxy resin takes a minimum of 24-48 hours to set once it is poured. Most items are made to order but on some occasions we may have made extra of a design and have available to ship immediately. What makes your design special is there are no items that are exactly the same. You are getting a unique item each time. That's the excitement of handmade! We use different flowers and cannot guarantee a certain flower in stock. We will guarantee the color of flower or glitter but it may not be exactly as shown in the images for the listing.
