Pincushions: Customize your perfect pincushion with the fabric and base color. I have 4 listings for that and over 80 fabric choices amongst them. Portraits: Absolutely! Pincushions: They are approximately 1.25 inches to 1.50 inches tall, 1.5 inches wide, and weigh about 0.8 ounces. Portraits: *Portraits in the listings can hold anywhere from 1-6 characters (persons/pets). *The actual size of an adult stitched character is on average 1 inch wide by 2.5 inches tall. You can see an example of this in the WEDDING portrait listing. *Sizing of final portrait can vary based on add-ons and may require additional shipping fees. Please see item descriptions for more information. *Have more than 6 characters? Send me a message and we can discuss your custom listing needs.

Pincushions: Keep dry. They are filled with emery sand so if a tear occurs please discard immediately. Due size, please keep away from pets as small parts can be a choking hazard. Portraits: * Keep portraits in a dry area and out of direct sunlight to prevent possible bleeding of threads and sun damage due to long term exposure. * Additional care for portraits that are in hoops - light occasional dusting may be necessary.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Pincushions: There is a small tag that is attached to the box. If this is a gift, let me know the To: & From: in the message to seller at check out! I will customize it and make you the best and most thoughtful gift giver ever! All orders: All orders are shipped with their travel in mind - packed and protected in anticipation of a rough travel to its final destination - YOU! With that in mind, if this item is a gift and is going to be mailed directly to the recipient, please let me know and I would be happy to write a hand written note with your message directly to them.

This seller ships to the address provided by Etsy or PayPal and cannot be held responsible for lost, undeliverable, or stolen packages. Please double check to make sure shipping information is correct prior to purchasing.

Pincushions: Due to the custom nature of the pincushions I will not offer returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, PLEASE reach out to me immediately so that we can discuss options of resolution. I know mistakes can happen and I want to make sure your shopping experience with me is a good one. Portraits: Due to the custom nature of the portraits they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a mistake has been made in the spelling or date on my behalf, please send me a message so that we can discuss how to proceed.

Pincushions: Customized pincushions take 24hrs for the adhesive to cure, which is why it can take 1-2 days before I can ship your order. Once it is delivered to the post office, it is out of my control. Most orders seem to arrive within 3-5 days of being left at the post office, depending on the day of the week & postal office hrs of operation. If you need something sooner, the Ready Made pincushions can be taken to the post office next day, or message me for expedited shipping options. Portraits: Portraits are hand stitched by me only, which is why the turn around can be is as far out as 10 weeks. Once your order has been placed, I will be able to give you a more accurate ship by date. Thank you in advanced for planning accordingly.
