What kind of material do you use for your skin decals?

Our skin decals are made with premium 3M vinyl, the best quality available. You can choose from gloss or matte finishes, and we also offer glitter for a small extra cost.

Can i cancel or make change to my order?

Sorry, I can’t cancel or change the order at this stage. If you have any concerns, please contact the seller directly.

Can I track my order?

All regional customers within USA can track package , international has to upgrade shipping to be able to track it if not standard shipping service will be take.

What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?

Please call Carrier with your tracking number has we will not be responsible and will not shipped another one for free. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please contact us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders?

Because each custom order is made especially for you, I’m not able to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has started. Custom orders are final sale. I always make sure the details are correct (device model you are responsible to send good quality picture)

This is an amazing product, however you NEED to be sure you apply it correctly. You're definitely going to need either a heat gun or a hairdryer, and be the most careful to not stretch it in any way, or else the skin won't apply correctly - I had to get a replacement for the top portion of the skin because I it was stretched and then attached to a leftover film on the bottom from an old skin, but ZoomHitSkins were incredibly kind and got me a replacement at a good cost! You probably won't get a perfect application, the edge may have little bumps because of how the skin is on a curved surface, but its barely noticeable. This is a wonderful skin and definitely worth the money! GET THE GLITTER OVERLAY AND THANK ME LATER, ITS SO PRETTY! I'll definitely be buying from here again if I need a new skin for something!

It was a little tricky to put on since this was my first time, but it ended up looking pretty good in the end. You for sure need a blow dryer or something to help. I got the glitter one and it is so so pretty. It doesn't have an annoying texture or anything

The quality of the skin was very good. I’ve never applied a skin onto a handheld before, but the material was very easy to work with, and with the help of my mom’s hairdryer I got the skin on well enough that I’m happy with it. The glitter and design is super cute, it shipped relatively quickly, and I don’t have any complaints about it.
