If you are looking for some speedometer gear that you can't find at a reasonable price don't hesitate to contact me - I can design one from scratch based on a worn out one.
Before buying please verify dimensions (accuracy up to 0,5 mm is enough)
Please note that there is an issue with the original speedo on this model - the outside diameter of the gear is too small which results in quick wear of the teeth. I have sorted that issue by making the gear larger so it contacts the steel gear properly. The drawing I put here is for the original speedo so that you can compare. The one that I ship though is slightly bigger on the outside diameter.
WARNING!
Before purchasing please check your metal wormshaft.
If you can't turn it freely it means it is blocked or partially blocked by old grease.
If it is difficult to turn it you will have to dismantle your housing and clean it out.
I am not saying this is ALWAYS the case of a worn speedo but it is best not to ignore it.
Worst case scenario is you buy a speedometer gear, wait for it, assemble everything back together and it wears in the next 20 km or so.
