All packages are shipped from London, UK, via Royal Mail.

Items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Also, custom orders may take longer.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

I send all UK purchases via 1st or 2nd class mail, depending on the weight and international orders are sent via Airmail. Neither of these services are tracked but are very reliable.

After your package is shipped, you should get it in:

- 1 to 3 business days for an address in UK
- 3 to 10 business days for an address in Europe
- 5 to 14 business days for any other address worldwide

Please note that, if you would like to get your goodies quicker, you can upgrade the postage to International Tracked and Signed delivery, but will cost extra.

I will always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when upgraded postage been purchased.

Import Customs:
Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Unfortunately, I won't know, if items ordered by our customers will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge, this must be paid by you, the recipient of the parcel.

Please rest assured that your items will arrive in perfect
condition, ready to wear.

Please check your adress on Etsy and PayPal are correct before finalizing your purchase.

If you receive your item damaged, or if it gets lost in the mail, contact me so that we can work something out. My customer's satisfaction is my priority.
