What can I do if I have a problem with my order?

The best thing to do is send me a message explaining what the issue is. Please be kind, and rest assured that I will answer your query as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

On some items - yes. Unfortunately due to the nature of the products sold, I am unable to accept returns on edible goods/hampers or those containing soap/beauty/hygiene products.

My order has gone missing, what can I do?

When a parcel does not turn up as expected, we can track it. We only send parcels strictly by 24/48 hour tracked mail. If the tracking offers no information, and the parcel has gone missing, we will submit an inquiry to Royal Mail. In some cases we can send out a replacement immediately. In cases where parcels have gone missing due to buyer error, for example if you have given the wrong house number or postcode, we cannot replace the item for you without additional costs and postage being paid a second time.

Royal Mail says my parcel has been delivered but why has not turned up?

Where Royal Mail have made errors, please contact us as soon as possible. We have to submit enquiries to Royal Mail and await their reply. This can take 10 to 14 working days to be resolved.

If I tell you the date that I want my order for and it passes, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately whilst we try to ensure that orders are sent out in time for special occasions and specific dates, we can by no means ever offer you a guarantee that it will arrive on time. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, and they fail to deliver it on time it is out of our hands. If you have received the parcel a day or two after the occasion, the gift will surely still be well received.
