Digital art has gained popularity in recent years for its convenience & versatility.

The artwork is sold as a digital file and received instantaneously - allowing you to print & frame your new art in as little as a few minutes from the comfort of home.

You can also provide the file to an online or brick & mortar printing service, to have the art professionally printed and delivered directly to your door.

Digital art can be used to print on a multitude of mediums - including paper, canvas, fabric & more.

Best of all, it’s affordable - because beautiful art is meant for everyone, no matter the budget!

To ensure a seamless ordering process, customers should possess basic familiarity with Etsy's platform & downloading digital products.

Once payment is confirmed, Etsy will provide you with a link to download your files.

If you have an Etsy account, the download will be available in your order history (aka "Purchases" under "Your Account").

Guests will receive the download link via email.

Due to upload size restrictions, you may be redirected to Dropbox or Google Drive to download larger files. However, you are not required to create an account with these platforms.

Downloads must be performed using your device's web browser. Unfortunately, Etsy does not support downloading on their app at this time.

Thanks to the digital nature of my artwork, you do not need to choose a specific size at checkout. The files that you receive are compatible with multiple, popular frame dimensions!

To understand the specific sizes that are included with your order, please refer to the individual listing description of the art print you plan to purchase.

To protect image quality, it is not recommended to scale your art beyond the maximum dimensions listed.

If you do not see your desired dimensions, please contact me prior to placing an order and I will work with you to create a custom size file. There is no additional charge for custom sizing.

At this time, I do offer limited alterations to the existing designs/prints in my shop.

Outside commissions for completely original, one-of-a-kind designs are accepted on a case by case basis, if I feel the request aligns with my style & ability as an artist.

Some personalizations require an additional design fee. Special pricing will be shared & discussed with you upfront.

I strive to deliver all custom orders within 48 hours. However - if you have a specific deadline in mind, please contact me at least *one week* in advance to ensure timely delivery.

After downloading your files, refer to the size chart that is included with your order.

Use the chart to match your desired dimensions with the corresponding aspect ratio. This is the file that you will use to scale & print your new art.

Once you have selected your file, use it to print in three different ways:

1. Scale & print the file at home using your personal printer.
2. Upload the file to your favorite online printing website. Follow their prompts to select your print size/style & finalize your order.
3. Visit a local brick & mortar printer and provide them with the file based on their individual instructions.

If you cannot locate the download link:

1. Ensure that you are logged in to the correct email address. If you chose "Hide My Email" at checkout, Etsy will send the email to your forwarding address.
2. Try searching your inbox using the following keywords: Etsy, GhostHighwayPrints, Download, or Purchase.
3. Double check your spam/junk folder & social/promotional tabs.
4. Log in to Etsy using your device's web browser. Navigate to your "Purchases", select your order & click "Download Files".


If the download link is not working:

1. Clear your cookies & ensure that all pop-up/ad blockers & firewalls are temporarily disabled.
2. Make sure you are using your device's web browser to download the files.

Digital art files are strictly for personal use. Commercial utilization, reproduction, sharing & resale are not permitted.

Many of my art prints feature vintage elements and may exhibit film grain, texture, etc. intentionally incorporated for aesthetic purposes.

Color of the final print may slightly deviate from on-screen representation.

To safeguard against the unauthorized use of my work, I am unable to cancel or refund an order once one or more files are marked as "downloaded" by Etsy.

At present, I do not accept exchanges.
