• Beads and other handmade ornaments may change color or fall apart if washed or treated with chemicals. Please avoid cleaning them, or do that at your own risk.
• Store the dress in a dry place, preferably in a protective bag or a box

I am so disappointed because I ordered a garter with my dress, which the dress is PERFECT but my garter was not shipped with my dress as promised ! I have loved my experience with Ksenia but unfortunately they forgot to add in my garter 😢 I am waiting for my refund currently. I do not have more time before my wedding to wait for it to arrive in the mail because I am moving soon, which is why I have requested the refund

Ainsley, unfortunalety, my team made a mistake and we didn't put the garter to the package with the dress. I apologized for this issue personally and I apologize here. I made refund immediately. The main thing you like the dress, the dress was made distantly and it's perfect fitted. Best regards.
