Custom and personalized orders

I am always willing to consider customized orders! All you need to do is send me a message either through the "contact shop owner" button or through the "custom order" listing in my shop and we can talk ideas. If it is a larger order, I do ask for a few months in advance to plan accordingly, but smaller orders usually only take me a couple of weeks.

The felt pins are not machine washable. They are made with acrylic felt and will pill upon washing. Please spot clean if dirty. Any products made with wool/ wool blend felts will be specified in the listing (as they would not be vegan). Wool felt can be washed gently if needed but may pill over time. I suggest spot cleaning for all of my felt items.
