After checkout, your downloads will become available once Etsy verifies purchase payment.

Guest Checkout: If you complete checkout as a guest, you can access and download your purchase via the link provided in the automated e-mail from Etsy.

Etsy App: Digital purchases cannot be downloaded via the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer. Files can also be e-mailed upon request.

All listings include high resolution (300 dpi) JPEG files. See individual listing details for included sizes.

CUSTOM SIZING

• Designs with Artwork: For best quality resolution, the largest included size shown on a listing description would be the largest available/recommended size for that particular design.

• Designs with Text Only: Custom sizes available at any scale.

Please send an Etsy message with any custom sizing inquiries before purchase.

All gifting or personal use is perfectly fine. Once you purchase a print, you may gift physical printed versions to as many people as you would like!

Snowberry products/designs are not intended for any form of commercial use. Since this is not a commercial use product: please do not resell, modify, distribute electronically.

• For best results, print on quality matte, semi-gloss, linen, or cardstock paper and choose the highest print quality setting.

• Use the labeled file that corresponds with the size print you wish to make.

• Select the proper Page Orientation, Paper Type, Paper Size, and Photo Size.

• If the design is printing lightly on the page, check your printer's ink/toner levels. You can also try higher quality paper and print settings such as Inkjet Greeting Card for greater ink output.

Since Snowberry products are digital downloads, I am not able to issue refunds once files have downloaded.

If you purchase the same listing by mistake, please let me know and I will be happy to refund the purchase of the duplicate order.
