Can you please share the fonts you used?

As a digital designer, element and font choices are considered "trade secrets". I spend many hours, and dollars, searching sites looking for just the right font and/or elements for my designs. If there is something specific you'd like using a particular font, I would happily create it for you. No, I do not divulge this type of information.

Do your files work with Silhouette?

Yes, they do work with some versions of the Silhouette software, particularly with the later versions of software and apparently the Silhouette Mobile app. Please know and understand which file formats your particular software and hardware are compatible with. I do not offer software or hardware support.

I didn't receive my SVG File or I only see an HTML file in place of the SVG?

I assure you that all the file formats promised are within your download. Some windows computers don't know which program to use to open or view SVG files. It IS actually an SVG file. The simplest fix is to turn on file extensions, so that you can see the file type on each file.

I didn't receive my downloads?

Etsy sends out an email with a link to retrieve your purchased files. They are stored on Etsy servers for you to retrieve at any time. If you didn't get the email, you can first check your junk or spam folders. If not there, you can retrieve them by going to the "Purchases and Reviews" dropdown in the upper right on the Etsy application. To download your digital files from and iPhone or iPad, you might need to bypass the Etsy application. Do this by logging in from your browser (Etsy.com), not the Etsy application and proceed as described above.

Custom and personalized orders

Personalized orders cannot be digital downloads. Digital downloads are already created and stored on Etsy servers, automatic process. If the listing states that your item "is personalized for you", then it will ask you for that information, be created; and a proof sent for you to approve. I then email the finished files. If it states "ask me to personalize for you", it means that it's a digital download (a DIY blank using your own fonts) but I also sell them personalized. THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES TO PERSONALIZE, because it takes time. Please read the listing description to determine exactly what you will get with your purchase. If you are still unsure. please do not hesitate to message me :)

Can I use your files for POD (Print on Demand) type of stores

No, you cannot use any of my files for ANY print-on-demand type of service. If this is something you are interested in, please contact me. Depending on the design and terms we can possibly come to an arrangement on a commercial use and/or POD license.
