When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed/printed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Please note that our production time is calculated in Business Days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Friday: May be shipped the following Monday onwards. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday: Production begins on Monday onwards. Production times may be extended during major holidays, special events, or severe weather conditions (like storms). During periods when our production partners have scheduled paid time off, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Who produces my items?

We design all our products in-house and work with a professional printing company to bring those designs to life. This partnership allows us to offer high-quality prints and reliable shipping.

What if I received a damaged item or the wrong design?

We take full accountability for mistakes made on our end! If your item arrives broken, defective, or with the wrong design, please message us with a photo of the item. Once confirmed, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund. > Note: All requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I don’t have my package.

Couriers occasionally mark an item as "Delivered" when it reaches a local logistics partner or shortly before it reaches your door. Please wait 24 hours. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we will reach out to the shipping provider for an update.

Are there ever delays?

What if my item is lost in transit?

If your order is significantly delayed, let us know. We will investigate with the courier. If the package is officially proven lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

What if I entered the wrong address in my order?

If you realize that you inputted the wrong address, please let us know immediately. We can still change the shipping address as long as your order can still be changed on our printing partner dashboard. Thank you!
