This long geometric bib necklace is an eye catcher. The bib is hand assembled from 200 tiny bar links into a whimsical grid that drapes with ease and makes a statement without weighing you down.

Made of lead and nickel free base metal alloy. Available in several colors. Silver, gold, chrome, and gunmetal are shiny, antique bronze and antique copper have a matte finish. Silver and chrome are pretty similar. Chrome is a little darker - you can see the difference in photo 9.

DIMENSIONS: The "bib" is 8" (20.3 cm) long down the center line and 4.25" (10.8 cm) wide. The top of the necklace (from end to end) is 19" (48.2 cm). The model's neck is 14" at its narrowest. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT LENGTH!!! A custom length will not change the price. If you're not sure what length you need you can opt for one of the clasps that come with a 2" extension chain.

I offer 4 CLASP OPTIONS. Each of them have their pros and cons.

The TOGGLE clasp is simple and elegant but doesn't come with a chain extension, so you have to be sure the length is right for you.

The spherical MAGNETIC clasp looks really cool. And it's easy to handle. The magnet is pretty strong, you don't have to worry about losing the necklace. But there will be no extension chain if you pick this option either.

The LOBSTER CLAW and the SWIVEL clasps both come with a 2" extension chain (in addition to the length of your choice). This could come in handy if you're not sure what length you need or if you want some wiggle room to accommodate various neck lines and collars. The lobster claw clasp is neat and small but if you get the chain noticeably twisted while fastening it, you'll have to re-do it or put up with an unattractively twisted chain. The swivel clasp is a little chunky. I personally don't find it unattractive, but tastes differ. However, since it rotates at its base, you don't have to worry about a twisted chain - the clasp will adjust itself.

I always provide measurements in the product's description, in inches and in centimeters. I also include the weight information for most earrings and some necklaces, in grams and ounces. In addition I photograph most items next to a ruler or a coin, to give you a visual clue about the item's size. Please, read the whole description and see all the photos to get a better idea of the item's details. If I left something out, don't hesitate to contact me.

They are certainly pliable, since they are made of wire. Which means they will bend but they will not break. If a wire crocheted item gets squished or deformed in any other way, you can always restore it's shape. Don't be afraid to stretch, squeeze, twist and sculpt them as if they were play-doh. If a tube necklace gets flattened, roll it between your palms and stretch it lengthwise, repeat. Any shape is restorable.

No, but it's not a problem, since the rings are slightly adjustable. It can be tricky for me to crochet a perfectly sized ring, since I do it by hand and there's always human error involved. Even if I use the same number of rows and stitches, the size of the final product will differ slightly every time. Sometimes I even have to re-do the whole ring if I miss the sizing by much (I can't unravel them). But as long as my human error stays within the range of 0.5 ring size, you'll always be able to adjust your ring to your best comfort. Don't forget that the rings are pliable, so you can always stretch or squeeze them slightly. This feature can also come in handy if your fingers tend to swell now and then.

I use USPS services to ship orders and you can always find more details about any specific type of service on USPS website. Within USA: Priority Mail delivery takes 1-3 business days, Priority Mail Express is overnight delivery. For international orders: Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days, Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 business days. These estimates are taken from USPS website, I'd say they are on the conservative side.

Great to see this one is open ended - it goes well with a choker, a long/short necklace, a pendant, etc. But I had a sense of uneasiness seeing the clasp. To me this kind was not secure and reliable enough. Last week, I took it for a trip, and this was the first time I had it outside home. The day was busy; it was not a traveling day but I was not just sitting pretty, either, in a big city. When I had a chance to see myself in the mirror in the afternoon, alas, alas, the chain was gone. Yes, I lost it on the first day of showing it off. Extremely disappointed, but somehow I knew it could happen. When /if you improve the clasp, please let me know. I am interested in giving it another trial. I love the whole idea, except the clasp.

This situation could be easily avoided had the buyer let me know she wanted a different type of clasp before the order was shipped. It could also be easily fixed post factum if instead of leaving a negative feedback she would get in touch with me and let me know there was a problem. As soon as I read this review I contacted the buyer and volunteered to send her a new necklace with a clasp of her choice, completely free of any extra charges. I never heard back. P.S. I'm offering clasp options for this necklace now.

I love this item. It's a tad smaller than I expected, but I wore it the other day with a t-shirt and blazer and it looks super cute! Excited to add this to my collection to spark up some simple frocks!
