How long does production take?

Most pieces are made to order in our workshop near Paris, France, and are prepared for dispatch within 5-7 days, sometimes up to 10-14 days in some specific cases. Selected ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Availability depends on the size, material, and option selected. Please check the processing time shown in your chosen listing. Processing time is separate from delivery time. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can check what is possible.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Fontenay-sous-Bois, near Paris, France. Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Please check the estimated delivery window in the listing and at checkout. FedEx Express shipping is available for eligible destinations. Express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch; it does not shorten the time needed to make your jewelry. If you have a deadline, please message us before ordering. We can check available shipping options, but cannot guarantee a delivery date without reviewing your order.

Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees?

United States: orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and customs clearance charges are covered, with no additional import payment due upon delivery. Other destinations: customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on your country. These are not included unless explicitly stated. If you have questions about the shipping terms for your destination, please contact us before ordering.

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Yes, we welcome custom jewelry requests and personalization enquiries. Please send us your idea, reference images or sketches, preferred material, size, and any deadline through Etsy Messages. Our team will review the design and confirm what is possible, along with the price and production time, before you order. Custom designs have their own preparation schedule and may take longer than the standard processing time shown for our existing pieces.

How do I choose the correct ring size?

Our ring sizes are listed in US sizing unless stated otherwise. For the most reliable fit, we recommend having your finger measured by a jeweler, especially when choosing a wide band. If you know your size in another sizing system, send it to us before ordering and we will help you select the corresponding option. For quarter sizes or a size not shown in the listing, please contact us first to confirm availability. Ready-to-ship availability applies only to the specific sizes and options listed as ready.

Can you engrave my jewelry?

Laser engraving is available on selected designs, depending on the shape and space available. If the listing offers an engraved option, select it and follow the personalization instructions. Please double-check spelling, dates, and punctuation before submitting your order. For symbols, special fonts, or longer text, contact us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility, pricing, and any additional processing time.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a dry place and remove it before swimming, showering, exercise, or using household chemicals. Avoid contact with perfume and cosmetics. Silver, bronze, and brass can naturally develop tarnish over time. Gently clean your piece with a soft cloth. For oxidized, plated, or stone-set jewelry, avoid abrasive polishing and chemical dips, as these may affect the finish or stones. Contact us if you need care advice for your particular piece.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will add the tracking details to your Etsy order. You can find them under Purchases and reviews in your Etsy account or in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking may take some time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you need help locating your tracking information or understanding an update, please message us through Etsy.

Do you offer wholesale?

We welcome wholesale enquiries from shops and business partners. Please send us your business details, the designs you are interested in, approximate quantities, destination country, and preferred timeline. We will confirm available materials, production capacity, pricing, and shipping terms for your enquiry. Wholesale conditions are agreed individually before an order is placed.

Will my jewelry arrive in gift packaging?

Your jewelry arrives in a branded jewelry box, with protective outer packaging for shipping. If you are ordering a gift and need it by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing so we can check production and delivery options.

★ CARING GUIDANCE ★

Silver tarnishes because of oxidization –
but it is not caused by oxygen exposure.
Tarnish develops due to the presence
of hydrogen sulfide in the air
or in any materials that come into contact with the silver.

Unlike rust, tarnish is a ‘self-limiting’ patina,
affecting only the top few layers and ultimately protecting the metal.
While this is good news overall, it is not particularly pretty.

If your sterling silver is already tarnished,
try clean it immediately to avoid future tarnishing.
Use a polishing cloth made especially for silver.
If the tarnish is beyond repair using a cloth,
try a silver wash.
If this doesn't work, you can visit a jewelry
who has special equipment to rid silver of tarnish.
