I took a few interesting turns on this pattern. It was the first time that I made a dress and made a few mistakes. In fact, I redid each section 2x to get it right! I would recommend using the child's measurement if you can. The first skirt attempt based on age was 4-5 inches too big, and my niece is small. With better measurements, it came out much better for her. Finished in 7 days. Thank you for the idea of making something really cute!

Pattern was very easy to follow. Very clear instructions, and the video links for the stitches were a helpful learning tool for me. I added a flower and made a matching headband. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on it already, and she hasn’t even worn it out yet. Highly recommend this pattern.
