Vie admits in writing to not sending the item pictured. Further admits the face of the character was botched in the making process and that she should have caught the error before sending it out. Tells me I can’t have a refund now cause she’s moving out of state and in 10 days or so she’ll let me know where to send the piece. Tells me I should pay for shipping to some whole different state at some other time in the future to be determined when she decides to get back to me. Not the nicest and not the most professional.
