Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We can do custom orders! Just choose the listing for custom orders and follow the steps in the item description and we’ll make sure to get you that awesome sticker you made!

Bigger sizes? Heck yeah! Just let us know before you purchase what size you would like and, what listing you would like as well and we can do any custom size up to 20” wide!

1. Always clean the surface before applying 2. Avoid using harsh chemicals such as rubbing alcohol or bleach as it can rub the ink off the backing of the paper 3. Dishwasher, Car, UV, and, High heat safe! Apply it anywhere you would like! 4. Bask in the glory of your new sticker!

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you’d like a custom message or even custom envelope or package just mark as a gift before ordering and input your custom message! For envelopes or other custom packing material as just leave us a note of what you would like or, send us a message with an image and we’ll make sure to use it!

Wholesale availability

Wholesale is what we do! All custom orders are at whole sale prices to make sure you can get the most return on your investment whether you’re re-selling a design you made as a retailer or, just want more than 15+ stickers of a design you love!

Returns and Exchanges

All of our non-custom stickers can be refunded or returned due to any mix up in sticker or defect in the stickers, however! All sales are final and can not be returned due to any issue outside of those. All custom sticker sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a defect in your sticker itself.

What Is A “Proof?”

We will make sure to send you a proof of your final design to see where the cut line will be so you can see where your sticker will be cut out! Proofs are free and can be done as many times as you like before you agree on the final sticker design to be finalized Remember though, all finalized proofs are confirmed by you, therefore any issue with your Design itself, Quality of your provided image, Cut line or, Size will not be accountable by us after the final proof has been approved by you and production starts

Wrong Address For Custom Orders

Please, and we really do mean please double check your address before completing your order We recommend using a Google search of your shipping address to make sure you obtain the USPS verified address! Failure to provide the correct address is not our fault and unfortunately we cannot resend any custom orders if this occurs

I Ordered My Sticker But Need To Send A Different Image

That’s perfectly A-ok! Just make sure you get us that new image as soon as you’re able before we both agree on a finalized proof! If both parties have agreed on the final proof and you need to send a new image you unfortunately will have to make a new order since we can’t make changes once everything is in production

Can You “Die Cut” or “Perf Cut”

At this moment in time we prefer to do a kiss cut as we have found it’s easier to peel the sticker off the backing and allows for simplicity when trying to apply your new addition! We do have the ability though and if it is a priority just be sure to let us know and we can make your project die-cut for a bit of an extra cost!

• Check out some of the steps we have to ensure you get the best product

....PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!

• If the sizes listed are not to your liking please reach out as we do custom orders!

• Images are measured by their longest point in the design! If you choose [3x3] and your image is [3x1] we will print the image according to the longest point being 3" inches. We do not edit, color correct, or alter your image in any way when making your sticker. If there is more than a half-inch in either dimension of the design that is larger we will reach out to you and let you know so we can adjust your order and make it fit best for you!

• Not sure how big your design is? Message us before and we can figure out the exact dimensions for you! If you are worried your image might not be up to the standards you want, let us know before placing your order and we can discuss pricing to help fix your image or design!

• Besides taking files by email we like to keep all of our messages on the Etsy platform that way we can provide a history for you and your order! Never feel pressured to reach out about your order as we are extremely responsive on here and will be sure to reply as fast as we can!

• Unfortunately, we cannot match the colors perfectly of your image or design but can get super close to it! The only way to do this is to be supplied with a certain file format that is uncommon and most prefer to work with readily available file formats.

Getting a bulk order or multiple designs in one order? Message us to grab a discount before you check out!

....IMPORTANT!

• The Vinyl we use is not transparent it does have a white backing or background to it! You can always send us an image with a background that we can print out thus removing the white backing to it! This however only applies to kiss-cut stickers.

....PLEASE CONSIDER!

• If you do not submit your image within 48 hours of order, you may be pushed back on the time you receive your proof!

....CANCELLATION POLICY!

• Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations on custom orders as it takes up time, material, and effort to ensure you get the best product out there! If you have an issue or problem with your order please do reach out and we will be sure to come to a resolution on any issues!

• We ship everything out with USPS flat rate shipping and tracking if you'd like to upgrade your shipping please do message us and let us know BEFORE you make your order so we can serve you best and get you that package when you want!

• Shipping times can vary due to USPS being backed up or holidays so, this means that even if you purchase expedited shipping, it is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, we don't issue refunds if we ship on time and the package gets delayed through USPS.
