How to download my order?

There are two ways to download your files: First method: • Open your web browser on your Computer or Mobile device • Login to your Etsy account NOTE: File downloads are not accessible via the Etsy app. • Click on your Profile picture (upper right corner) • Select "Purchases and Reviews" • Depending on the device you're using there will be a Download button to the right of your order. Or you will need to open the order and scroll down to find the Download option. Second method: • Open the email sent to you by Etsy regarding your purchase • Click on the Download link NOTE: Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you cannot locate the email

Cant open/view or upload files to my Design Software

I have provided several options to obtain the files you need: •ZIP file (contains ALL files promised in one folder) •Separate file download so you can pick and choose which files you need (SVG, PNG, PDF) If you download the ZIP file, you will need to extract/unzip the files inside BEFORE you can upload/import them to any design software. Here's how: •Locate the downloaded ZIP file (check your downloads folder on your PC) •Right-click on the ZIP file and choose: Extract All... NOTE: There are several different applications out there that can UNZIP files (7-zip is a popular choice - and FREE to download/install) •Once extracted the files are now free to use If you're on a MAC just double click the file and it will unzip

What are the different file types and where do I use them?

•SVG Files (or Scalable Vector Graphics) - Best for your typical Vinyl/Sticker machines (Cricut, Silhouette, etc) These files are the best format to be able to resize your image to ANY size (big or small) without any distortion or pixelization. •PNG Files (or Portable Network Graphics) - High Resolution file with transparent backgrounds •PDF Files (or Portable Document Format) - Just another file format to provide a finished product.
