Why haven't I received my templates in the mail?

They are digital downloads. The templates are available to download and print once your order has been processed. You can find the download button in your purchase history in your Etsy account. Etsy also sends out an automatic email with a download link once payment has been processed - sometimes it ends up in the spam folder.

I have an error message when I try download from the link in my email?

Make sure you are logged into the same Etsy account you purchased the templates with. Only that account will have access to the downloads. If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

Ya’ll- this is an addition to my ‘Barbarella’ collection- these are such an AMAZING gift to be able to rock this look. I’m the first on my block to do these (British Columbia, Canada) and I have gotten rid of ALL my big box store decorations. The house is officially going ‘BARBARELLA!’ Obsessed. I see lots of knock offs stealing her ideas - very sad. Please keep supporting her so we can keep getting the great decor she’s willing to sell. Very great pricing for something you can use year after year after year. Xoxooxo
