We are working extremely hard to process your order within 1-3 days, and we usually get the order out within this timeframe. But our standard processing time and shipping time still apply.

SpoiledRottenPlants is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored, but is returned to us instead.***

No address changes will be accepted after 12 hours of placing orders.

SpoiledRottenPlants does not accept order cancellations, exchanges, or combination request. Please see shop policies for full details. We also cannot add items to orders already submitted and paid for.

We care greatly to ensure our customers are satisfied with all aspects of their intersections and orders with us.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for items purchased at the non-discounted retail price.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery. We will not accept returns if we’re contacted outside of this window.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Items on sale

• We do not accept any cancellations.
• We do not refund or cancel any order if payment or street address is incorrect. Please have your payment and shipping address in good standings with Etsy before purchase since we do not have any access to your account or merchant payment account.
• We cannot cancel an entire order if there are a few items missing from that order. We will refund for the missing items but we cannot cancel the whole order.
• We do not cancel, partial refund, or refund any customs orders because of missed delivery dates, color variations, size variations, and or any variations pertaining to the item.
• We do not accept returns based on personal preferences.

Buyers responsible for making sure all details are correct, such as spelling, punctuation, dates, and formats. No returns or exchanges due to customer error. You have one hour after placing the order to alert us of these mistakes. Please read all instructions carefully before submitting personalizations.
We do not accept any returns once the order is placed unless there is an error on our part, i.e. shipped the wrong item.

Damaged items will need to be documented and submitted for our consideration in order to determine appropriate course of action. Please take photos and a video BEFORE you open any damaged box. In addition, please take photos of the damaged item inside the box. You will have 24 hours after the order has arrived to notify us of the issue. We will be unable to take any further action without photos and a video of the first-time package opening.

ETSY handles all payment transactions and billing information. ETSY keeps your payment information secure. We do not have access to any payment information such as credit cards and billing addresses. If a change needs to be made to your billing information, you’ll need to contact ETSY.

Our packaging will vary depending on the item(s) purchased and the best way to get them to you and your plants safely.
Packing may be in the form of gift wrapping, bubble mailers, bubble or foam wrap, cardboard boxes.
We are pro-recycling so; so some of the packing you receipt may be recycled.
If you have no use of the packaging once you’ve removed your plant accessories, we encourage you to reduce, reuse, and recycle; or even check with you neighbor if they may be in need of material.
