- Please provide me with all the necessary information (phone number, correct address). Parcels lost or returned to me because of these issues are buyers responsibility and I should not be held responsible for any postage or customs fees.
- For unclaimed orders that return back to me: I will be holding them for 6 (six) months in hopes that You will contact me or respond to our emails. ALL additional shipping costs will be buyer’s responsibility.

- I keep the right to recreate items sold as custom pieces if we don’t agree differently before the sale is finalized.
- Custom orders DO NOT cost more than our regular orders.
- I make sure to include MOST the items in my stock as options even for repeated designs so please choose carefully. Slight or even greater differences in color, shape or size might occur due to the nature of stones. These differences should not be held as flaws and imperfections.
- Photos for my pieces are edited and different screens portray colors differently – this fact is also should not be held as flaws or defects.

- All of my earrings and necklaces and some of the bracelets too are made with Pure Raw Copper or Raw Brass. It can stain your skin green and if you are allergic can cause allergic reaction. Otherwise it is safe to use for those who are not allergic to copper or brass.
- I also have an option for metal free stretch bracelets that look like they are made with silver, gold or brass spacers but it is actually plated hematite. Please note individual listings or message me. These bracelets are safe to wear for allergic people.
- ALL OF MY JEWELRY IS LEAD AND NICKLE FREE

- To remove tarnish (it will come back sooner or later depending on your body chemistry) use soft steel wool or, more preferably, polishing cloth to remove it and bring out the shine.
- Make sure you or someone you are gifting have no metal allergies. For Earrings I have an option to attach Stainless Steel ear wires. They are safe for most people.
- Not every stone can be submerged in water or other cleaners - do your research before you use any chemicals.
- Liquid cleaners will remove ALL oxidation. I do not recommend using it on pieces with patina.
- Do not leave them in the liquid cleaner for more than a minute, rinse under running water, pat dry.

- Always remove all of your jewelry before you work with food, get in contact with water, put body products on, use cleaning products or work with chemicals. Also before you go for a work out or do physical activity.
- Do not leave your jewelry in extreme temperatures. Note that sun can change the color of certain crystals. Taking these precautions might help to keep your items looking like new longer.
- Do not unnecessarily stretch the elastic bracelets - these actions do shorten the lifetime of the silicone thread even though it is strong and durable when worn correctly.
- Not all stones can be submerged in water or cleaners - do your research before you use any chemicals.

- Perfect bracelet size would be 3/4 - 1 - 1 1/2 inches (2 - 2.5 - 4 cm) added to the measurement of your wrist.
- How to measure? Wrap a tape measure around your wrist at the place you would like to wear your bracelet. If you do not have a tape measure you can use string and then measure it with a ruler.
- For bracelets that are made using beads less than 6 mm, the length added will be 3/4 or 1 inch (2 - 2.5 cm) depending on your wrist size.
- For bracelets that are made using bead 6 mm and larger, the length added will be 1 - 1 1/2 inches (2.5 - 4 cm) depending on your wrist size.

My Jewelry is not meant to be worn by Children. Please make sure children are not chewing on your pieces are some stones might be toxic to ingest as well as patina.
