My parcel hasn't arrived

Unfortunately, delivery timescales are out of our control and can sometimes take longer than expected e.g. after Bank Holidays and bad weather. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect/incomplete address. Royal Mail only considers post to be lost after 10 working days from the due delivery date in the UK and 25 working days internationally. Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Refunds or replacements will not be given if Royal Mail deem the item to be delivered.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You will receive your bow on a backing card - you may receive multiple bows on one card depending on size and fit. If you require your bows in a cellophane wrapper please let me know. I will happily do this. Plastic packaging maybe necessary for large orders to protect items in larger boxes but will be limited wherever possible. Crowns will arrive boxed in acetate clear cube packaging, but let me know if you would rather not receive this.

Returns are only accepted on non personalised items. For returns on eligible items, please contact me within 14 days. Buyer pays for return postage. Return postage must be paid in full and any shortfall will be deducted from refund amount. Any postage upgrade cost will not be refunded. Returned items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original and unused condition. Refunds will only be processed when the item/s are received back. Buyer may therefore wish to choose a postal service that offers delivery confirmation. International returns must be marked as a return on the CN22 customs form.

Each bow measures approx. 2.75 inches.

You will receive two bows so perfect to use both or just the one.

Fitted on quality unlined alligator clips.

All items come attached to a bow card and packaging is plastic free. If you require your bows in cellophane bags please leave a note at checkout.
