In some cases, the tracking number will change due to handover from the international carriers to the local delivery service in your country (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, etc). In this instance we will provide you with the new tracking number and with whom to track your parcel. 3. I can’t track with the suggested delivery service on the order page. In some countries, the last mile delivery is not always handled by one company (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc). In cases where the last mile delivery service is not the one suggested on your order page, we will notify you with the name of the local delivery company and the new tracking number (if it has been changed)
