Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. If you live in an apartment, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. You can also inquire your local post office. Once your item shows delivered, you must contact your local post office and file a claim with them.

I ship to the etsy address you provided so PLEASE make sure this is correct before submitting your order. Please understand that I am not responsible for orders with the incorrect address after they are shipped out.

- I do not print out packing slips with orders unless asked! I do this to save the environment and to save as many trees as possible! So please, if you want a packing slip please let me know before I ship it out and I'll be grateful to include one! :)
- When sending mail via regular USPS mail (not first class), I use a 100% recyclable envelope!
- Though I do use some plastic materials, I am doing my best to find other alternatives that are eco-friendly for the environment! I am trying to get away from plastics!

I do provide gift wrapping for an additional cost-- just add it as an option! Though I already package and wrap all of my orders, I can make it extra fancy by wrapping it in wrapping paper and including the recipient's name of choice, etc.

During these times, there will probably be USPS slowdowns due to COVID-19. I always do my best and make sure to ship out items 1-3 days after an order is submitted but it's truly out of my control after I ship it out and goes into the hands of the deliverers. Please understand that USPS delivery couriers are extremely busy during these times and doing their very best to get your orders delivered! I want your item to get to you as much as you do. I'm constantly checking to make sure that it's been successfully delivered. :)

- Please make sure the surface you are planning to stick the sticker on is clean and free from debris.
- I recommend applying to your surface for at least 24 hours if you plan on exposing it to water.
- It is HIGHLY recommended that you hand wash your water bottles if you have a vinyl sticker attached to it. Putting it through the dishwasher may make it wear out faster and could potentially ruin the sticker.
- PLEASE NOTE that the vinyl stickers have a permanent adhesive so it is not recommended to peel them off after you placed them unless you plan on getting rid of the sticker.
- The stickers may curl if they are not used. To fix this issue, simply just put under something heavy like a textbook and it should flatten out again! :)

- Orders may take longer than usual to be delivered due to COVID-19! Please be patient as delivery couriers are extremely busy during these times, especially during the holiday months. However, I am working very hard to make sure your orders get out as fast as possible!
- Also, please be mindful that orders made towards the end of the week may take longer to arrive and/or may take a while to show up on tracking due to the weekend... hence why it takes me 1-3 BUSINESS (Mon-Fri) days to process orders due to the fact that I'm not able to ship out mail until the next business working day!

Due to Etsy's new update, all orders placed on Etsy will be shipped with tracking. It may arrive in a flat rigid mailer, kraft envelope, or poly mailer depending on what product(s) you order!
