When can I expect my item?

You can expect your items within 3 to 5 business days after ordering. All items are posted next day delivery, allowing for Bank Holidays and weekends it should typically arrive within 1 to 2 days. If you need your item for a specific day or if you're ordering a few weeks in advance please contact us with the day you'd like your items delivered and they will be dispatched closer to your event date.

Do you offer vegan/ vegetarian / gluten free/ egg free options?

Can I personalise my item?

Yes, you can personalise any box or products you purchase. You can add a name, an age, and if there is a theme you'd like that is not available in the listings you can contact us and we can create a box for you. Please send us a message so we can discuss your requirements.

Can I change my box size?

Yes. All boxes are offered in different sizes. 4 box sizes include, minis (for one person), small (feeds 2 to 3 ppl), medium (feeds 4 to 6ppl) to large which feeds upto 10 people. Send us a message if you'd like to make your box bigger or smaller.

Is wholesale available?

These are perishable food items. Please consume within 3 to 5 days. If you've ordered biscuits please place them in an air tight container to retain freshness until you're ready to consume them.

Beautiful little gift. Unfortunately and although clearly wrapped well for transit, care was not taken by the delivery company/ driver and the stick was bent on arrival. Otherwise a well made lovely gift.
