This rating was left less than an hour of purchase and prior to the customer receiving their item. The buyer messaged me immediately saying she couldn't download - this was after 9pm. Before I even replied (within 10 minutes), she left a 3-star review. Still, I sent her the file via Etsy messages and stated if she still was having issues, I could email the file in the morning. She replied that she couldn't download the file from messages (??). The next morning, I sent the file to her email, but didn't hear back after. This buyer also purchased this same item a few weeks ago and was unable to download the file (even though it was showing as downloaded in the system). She left a 1-star review at that time. I refunded the buyer due to the fact she didn't know how to download from Etsy.

It is absolutely saddening that someone would leave a 1-star review due to issues on their own end of not being able to download and not even give me the opportunity to send via email. As a small business owner with a family, it may take more than a few hours to respond.
