Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Because our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol which you will fill out and include with the return package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item. We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sparrow and Wilde cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

Incorrect Address/Address Change Requests

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. We are unable to change the shipping address once you have placed your order as a protective policy. Please double check your address is correct, as we will send the package to that address. If you need to change the address, please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.

International Shipping

Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location. Sparrow and Wilde cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.

We reserve the right to refuse the use of any coupon code running at any time to any purchase of any inapplicable item or order type. Coupon codes are invalid in bulk purchases (6 or more items) or any other listing that has been previously discounted in some way (including a free shipping order) in all circumstances.

Most items have the option for gift messages. However, some items do not have this feature yet. Please review the individual item's listing graphic's for eligibility.

Shirts are unisex sizes. Most customers feel the shirts fit true to size, however, consider sizing down if you prefer a fitted look or if you have a petite body frame. All our apparel are printed direct to garment on Bella + Canvas shirts. Printing is done in the USA!

- COLOR:
Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. All physical accessories that you see in the photos are not included.

- CARE:
Machine wash inside out with cold/warm water (max 40C or 105F); Tumble dry: low heat; Do not iron directly on design. Do not dry clean.

- SHIPPING:
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, merchandise is produced and shipped from the facility approximately 1-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (2-5 days).
