Can I get my print in alternate print sizes or formats?

If you'd like a print size not included on the size chart, please message me with your size requirement, and I will create a custom-size file for free. Do you require a file type other than a JPG? If you’d like a non-JPG file, message me with your preferred file format, and I will send you your print in that format for free. For copyright reasons, I cannot send .ai or .eps.

Can I receive a physical print copy sent instead of a digital one?

If you’d prefer a printed, physical copy of your print, we can make it happen! Please send us a message, and we’ll send you Good Earth Gallery’s printing/shipping rates.

I purchased a print. How do I access it?

Once you place your order, you will instantly receive a link to download your print in 5 different size ratios (see FAQ #1). You can also access your digital print file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile, located under the "You" drop-down menu. If you checked out as a guest, your download link sends to the email you used to make your purchase. If you have difficulties accessing and downloading your print(s), message me, and I’m happy to help you find an alternate way to send it to you.

What in-person print provider can I use to print my art?

From FedEx to Kinkos, Costco, or a highly rated shop found on Yelp, many places provide high-quality art print services. If you find the print provider you choose requires a different file type than the one included in your purchase, message me, and I will send you the file in that format for free.

What online print provider should I use to print my prints?

On what paper should I use to print my art?

The paper you choose depends entirely on the lol you desire for your print. While some prefer glossy photo paper, others like a paper with less sheen. I recommend printing your art on thicker matte cardstock, as I believe it goes best with the overall style of the Good Earth Gallery prints.

How do I make sure my file can print the size I want?

Each ratio file is saved to its largest size to preserve quality (i.e., the 4:5 ratio is size 24x30 inches, while the 2:3 ratio file is size 24x36 inches, and so on). As a result, you can print any of the smaller sizes within each size ratio without your print losing quality! Since the files are in the largest size, you will need to scale down the print size if you want to print anything smaller—a service online print providers will automatically do that for you. In-person print shops often do this for you if you tell them your desired size. If you decide to print from home, you'll need to size down the file yourself (if you are unsure how to do so, let me know, and I’d happily create a custom-size file for you!

Will the colors of the art print appear the same as they do in the listings?

While I intend that all prints in the shop can print in their original colors, once sent off to a print shop, the final colors are out of my hands—as such, results may vary. The final colors are the result of the print shop and their unique setup at that time. Moreover, many printing variables make it impossible to tell precisely how anyone's print will look once printed (screen/monitor color differences, printer type, printer settings, printer ink/toner levels, etc.). Consequently, I always suggest doing a small test print before committing to a print shop (especially when you plan to print large pieces).
