I am based in the UK, but am now shipping internationally. I do not send Tracked unless you choose to upgrade your shipping at checkout, so unless you do this I cannot give you a tracking number. My item hasn't arrived, what should I do?

I'm sorry it hasn't arrived yet. I am sure it is on its way - I send items out as quickly as I can. I use 2nd class post for UK addresses which can take up to 10 days, I will not refund until this time has passed. Please let me know if it hasn't arrived by then and I will sort it out. Items posted to the UK must be reported missing within 30 days, otherwise I will not refund. Items to international countries (outside of the UK) can take up to 6 weeks. No refunds will be made for any items that fall within this time. Any items that are over 80 days old and have not yet been reported lost will also not be refunded. If you have made a mistake with your address I will not refund or replace.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I try to be as eco friendly as possible. I wrap your item in blue tissue (ready for gifting) and use a sturdy brown envelope for postage. When I have it, I will reuse packaging. If I feel the item needs it, I will use recycled bubble wrap for added protection.

Everything in my shop is washable on a cool wash (30 degrees) unless otherwise stated. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry. Cork fabric just needs a wipe with a cloth. You can iron as necessary, but DO NOT let the iron touch any clear PVC as you will end up in a melted sticky mess, you don't want that!

How strong are the ID holders

My ID holders are made to go around your neck with a lanyard. I've never had a problem with the loop breaking, and I have used the same one for over a year. However, if you attach them onto a school bag (for example) the loop will come under a lot more strain than it was made for, so may break.

I ALWAYS make my lanyards with a breakaway clasp. There is no option to choose one with out. You need this clasp to keep you safe incase your lanyard gets caught on something. Cork is one of the greenest fabrics there is. Known as vegan leather, it's natural, waterproof, elastic, and fire resistant, and is harvested from the bark of cork trees in Portugal and Spain. Trees which can live for 300 years! It is one of the most highly renewable and eco-friendly resources on the planet. In fact, cork harvesting can help in the fight against global warming. When the tree is 25 years old, the bark can be harvested every 9 years, for a period of over 200 years. While the cork is growing, it is capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Each time the cork is harvested, the tree absorbs more CO2 to aid in the bark regeneration process.

WHAT IS IT?
This is my own unique design. I was fed up of how my old peg bag didn't store away neatly in my cupboard. Pegs went everywhere!
With this design you just flip the top over and clip the carabiner into the loop on the back. All pegs are now safely stored away - pop it on your shelf or in your cupboard.
The large carabiner clips safely to your washing line, no worries about this one breaking on a windy day!
You will need to buy a carabiner but these are available online.

WHAT YOU GET:

3 downloads - Two sizes of pattern and the instructions.

The instructions: Using my years as a pattern cutter in the clothing trade, and Martin's years as a graphic designer, working on magazine layouts; we have created instructions that are professional and so easy to use!
A clear layout, with photos taking you through every step, and plenty of tips to guide you through. I don't think you could possibly go wrong - however, if you have ANY questions, please get in touch and I will get back to you as soon as I can. We have put all the measurements in inches and cm.

It took me a long time to perfect my pattern, so please don't share the pattern with anyone or resell the pattern. You can make and sell items on a small handmade scale, but please credit Blue Cat Sewing in your description. Please check out my policies for my Angel Policy which explains this in detail.

8cm (3") Stainless Steel Carabiner

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Basic sewing equipment, including a sewing machine that will do straight and zigzag stitch.

SKILL:
You will need to have made a few things already on your sewing machine. Always use the sewing machine with the correct safety precautions.

I purchased the peg bag pattern and watched Alison video. it went together easily and the design is so smart...the clothespins (I'm in America) don't fall out once you close it up. it hangs nicely on the line, too. Make one today!
