Gift wrapping and packaging

All our jewellery comes presented in a complementary giftbox. We DO offer gift wrapping if you would like to send your order directly to recipient's address. We only use sustainable wrapping papers and tags, with hand written messages if needed.

Custom and personalised orders

Products that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non refundable unless faulty.

What material is our jewellery made from?

All our jewellery is made from sterling silver 925. We offer multiple colour choices on some of our products such as rose gold plated sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver. Products that include raw gemstones are all semi-precious. Products with a pearl included are freshwater.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase so we can advise on the next steps to take. We do request that purchases are returned in their original condition including the giftbox it is presented in. Please notify us before returning any purchases and include a note as to why you are returning so we can process accordingly. For hygiene reasons, ear studs, earrings and ear climbers cannot be returned unless faulty or unworn and in their original packaging. Personalised orders are non-refundable.

Necklace lengths are between 45cm-48cm. Bracelet lengths are between 16-20cm including an adjustable chain. If you need other style or length chain, please contact us. Any queries please contact us.

We aim to accept and dispatch within 1-2 buisness days of recieving your order by first class royal mail. Delivery times do vary at the moment. Shipping Confirmation You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
