• Our lead times vary, depending on the number of orders. They are always clearly indicated on the online sheets or communicated clearly during your requests.
• For a personalized order, proofs/models are only produced and sent after full payment of the order.
• Thank you for respecting our universe, it is useless to send us a link or image of a creator for inspiration... For ethical reasons, no copy will be made.
