Where is my tracking number?

Some small orders within Canada are sent untracked to reduce shipping costs and provide you with free shipping. If you haven’t received your items within 28 business days, we will be happy to remake your order and send it out again. No refunds will be given on any custom or personalized orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you check off that your order is a gift, this only means a packing slip or invoice will not be included in the parcel. Orders will not be gift wrapped, unless you purchase the gift wrapping listing for your item(s). Gift messages will only include ONE note, not multiple if items are shipped to the same address.

These don’t make much sense as table numbers, they are only one sided… if you had guests coming to a table from any other angle than how the number is placed they would just see the blank back. The item material feels nice but I don’t think it’s practical
