What does it mean to mark your order as a gift?

We will not include any business cards or stickers with your order. Be sure to provide a gift message with your name so the recipient knows who it is from! Please note that emojis do not properly transfer to print.

My package says delivered, but I can't locate it

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds in the rare case that the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the provided address yet it is unable to be located, such as when it is stolen after delivery.

Do we provide mock up images?

We are happy to provide mock up sample images to ensure that you receive exactly what you're envisioning. Feel free to send us a message.

How long to receive a response to a message?

We will always respond to any messages within 24 hours, typically even quicker.

Can you add a separate additional embroidery location?

Absolutely! We will need to charge an additional fee for each additional embroidery location, such as the side or back of a hat. Pricing may vary depending on the size an detail. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Do we embroider customer provided logos?

We definitely provide custom embroidered logos. However, there are some limits to what we can embroider such as any shading/fading in a design. We are also unable to embroider any copyrighted/trademarked logos.
