Leather women's fisherman sandals 'LARA' are handmade from black patent leather. These summer shoes with mid-block heels and silver buckle are super comfy for everyday wear. Cushioned insoles along the entire length of the strappy sandals are soft and remember the position of the foot. Tunit sole is a mixture of leather chips and rubber, it's more wear-resistant than leather and more durable. Also, we use soft natural upper materials that wear well and take the shape of the foot. Makes a perfect gift for her:)

In general, I'm really disappointed in these shoes. Not only did they ship over a month late, but the uppers are super loose and don't fig snug to my foot. Even with the ankle strap as tight as it will go it still doesn't sit tight against my angle. So the shoe slides and flops around on my foot. Since these are leather I expect the leather to loosen for this to get worse. They are basically unwearable.

More than reviewing the shoes, which turned out to be an absolutely exquisitely and beautifully made pair of shoes, I would like to comment on the lesson I learned concerning courage and hope. As Americans, we take so much about life for granted. Ukraine is in the midst of war and destruction, yet these citizens are conducting life and business in the midst of it all in such a pleasant and professional manner. I was informed about the progress of my shoes. Inspite of the challenges that must exist in transportation, I was amazed that they reached the final destination in excellent condition. An additional shout out to Nova Poshta for excellent delivery, especially in providing updated tracking throughout the travel from Ukraine to the USA. My wish for all of you in Ukraine is peace and safety, sent with many prayers.
