Period Tracker Digital Planning Template Digital Planner Digital Download Planner Insert Cycle Tracker for Tablets iPads and Phones

This Period Tracker Digital Planner Template is a great way to expand your existing digital planner or to use it as a stand-alone template page.

This Period Tracker will help you get in sync with your body, know your symptoms and be able to predict your cycles.
With the personalized key feature, you can track menstrual symptoms including spotting, flow, fatigue, cramps, headaches, acne, and more.
Plus, at a glance, you'll be able to look back at your cycle length from the months before and plan according.

REMEMBER - This template can be duplicated every month as many times as needed.

COMPATIBILITY

- These digital inserts have been designed to be added to a digital planner or used on their own in conjunction with a PDF mark-up annotation app on an iPad, tablet, or phone.
- Compatible across Apple & Android devices.
- Examples of apps - Goodnotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, Collanotes, Xodo, etc...
- I primarily work with the GoodNotes app on an iPad and iPhone therefore I am most familiar with this software and highly recommend all my customers use Goodnotes.
- The app needed to use a digital planner and digital inserts are omitted. It is a separate one-time purchase from the App Store.
