12mm matte brushed silver disk is monogrammed with your initial in either Monogram script or Ariel font. Please see last photo for example of both fonts. The silver plated disk hangs delicately from a sterling silver chain. Shown here with Monogram Script K in 16" length.

Unfortunately, as the charm on this necklace is only silver plated, it does not qualify for the one year warranty. I will offer a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping upgrades that were made on your original order) on all non-custom items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition, and you must email me within 3 days of receiving the item with return request and invoice number prior to sending the item back. All chains, clasps and finding used in my jewelry are made of sterling silver or gold fill. 14k gold fill is a beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold as it is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold plated. It is extremely durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish resistant, and is a great alternative to expensive solid gold jewelry. It looks great and with proper care, it will last for over 10 years. Gold fill jewelry can also be worn by people with sensitive skin.

All gold fill and sterling items are guaranteed for 1 year and will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
*A few pendants are gold or silver plated and cannot be guaranteed.

All sterling silver and gold fill items can be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth or a standard liquid jewelry cleaner. Oxidation is natural and can be easily removed with either method without any harm to the product.

There are a few charms or pendants that are silver or gold plated and should not be cleaned this way to avoid removal of the delicate plating. Any plated items are clearly stated in the description. Please message me if you have any questions regarding the finish of your items so I can inform you of the best method.
