Large orders are welcome and can expect quick turn-around, usually within one business day. Orders over $3000 are eligible for a wholesale discount - please inquire.

Some items are sold at clock pricing. This means its price on Etsy will reduce at random intervals until sold.

"Reserving" means holding an item exclusively for a person in anticipation of completing an order. Repeat customers can reserve items by sending a message to us. Please note any item is available for sale (and subject to prior sale) until we confirm your reservation/order.

Vintage Vixen ships Monday to Friday. Items are sent insured (except free shipping offers), in a box or mailer according to their needs. Garments arrive with Vintage Vixen labels sewn in.

GIFT WRAP
$4.99 per item. In December, we use authentic vintage holiday paper. To add gift wrap, ask before check-out.

We might ask that you inspect an item's condition before using it as a gift, because vintage items are not often mint condition.

TIME IN TRANSIT
All shipping methods have estimated arrival times except UPS shipments, domestic USPS Express, and Global Express Guaranteed.

Shipping days begin the day after sending, and don't include holidays/no-movement days recognized by the carrier. For exact arrival info, call 941-627-2254.

All items are sent with the original shipping cost included in the purchase price. This shipping cost will be deducted from the value of any return.

We ship worldwide Monday to Friday. Regular US orders ship via UPS Ground, Priority Mail, Parcel Select or First Class. If you have a preference for a shipping method, let us know when you order.

Orders with free shipping may not be insured unless requested. Receive your order faster using overnight or 2-day rush shipping in the US.

Three options -

UPS Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed to arrive overnight Monday to Friday. UPS offers Saturday delivery for add'l $16.00. UPS NDAS is not available to remote US addresses.

UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to arrive in 2 business days after the date shipped. Deliveries are Monday to Friday. UPS offers Saturday delivery for add'l $16.00.

USPS Express Mail is an overnight service to most US addresses (2 days for remote US locations). It is delivered Saturdays. Because this service varies depending on zip code, please call us at 941-627-2254 for exact time-in-transit.

Etsy may not accurately quote shipping based on the item & your zip code. For exact rates please message us with item info & arrival deadline.

Shipping listed is often insured First Class (est. 2-3 weeks arrival). Some listings also show Priority & Express options which are always available. Message us for requests.

Int'l orders may have fees (customs, VAT, etc) charged by your import office. We can't estimate or arrange fees. We mark packages as merchandise & state actual value on customs forms.

Rush options:

*USPS Express Mail: estimated 3 to 5-day service for most int'l addresses, reliable barring no customs delay. Int'l Express shipments start at $65-75.

*USPS Global Express Guaranteed: day-definite 1 to 3-day service for most int'l addresses, the most expedient feasible int'l option (except UPS Express Critical). GXG costs $85-100 minimum.

CLAIMS
If package isn't received, claim begins 30 days after postmark. If package is damaged, keep item(s) & materials until claim is complete.

Orders delivered to correct address (claimed not received) aren't covered. We're glad to ship "signature required" if requested. Claims cover item value, not shipping.

Items are in US sizes. We list modern sizes in titles and in the Size heading. We list vintage sizes in the Label heading.

To get a modern size from a vintage garment, we take actual bust, waist, and hip measurements and translate that to a modern size equivalent. Inches are standard, even though sizes between different companies and eras aren't.

All measurements listed for bust, waist, and hip are the maximum body measurements that will fit the item. These measurements already have ease subtracted and they are not actual fabric widths. To get actual fabric widths add 2 inches at the bust, 1 inch at the waist, and 2 inches at the hip.

All our Etsy.com items are carefully stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, and all are quickly accessible when you have questions about a particular piece. While we maintain a scrupulously clean workplace, we do have a shop cat, and we want you to know that vintage items may have come in contact with dander, mold, dust and other environmental elements.

We prepare your garments as meticulously as we would for ourselves, but please know that vintage clothing has a past, and we may be unaware of allergic traces that sensitive individuals could find problematic.
