The fabric is beautiful, but it is a true white. Definitely not ivory. My issue was I ordered it in the middle of January and paid almost $40 for express shipping to get it in 5-7 days (as they recommended) and only after I ordered did somebody message me the next day and tell me they wouldn’t be able to ship it out for two weeks because of holiday. I asked if they would refund me for express shipping since it was going to take 3-4 weeks (time frame of the regular shipping). They said sure but that if if they refunded me they would change it to regular shipping and that it would take a month on top of the two weeks for holiday. I tried to explain that they needed to refund me and keep it express, but they wouldn’t. Basically I paid $40 for regular shipping. Once finally shipped though it was very quick.
