My designs are digital templates that you customize yourself using an editing program called Canva.

Canva is easy and free to use - no downloading of software is required - edit your template right in your browser.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the template listing and follow the prompts to download your pdf files containing your template links.

2. Click on the template link to start editing your template in Canva - if you don't have a Canva account, you will be prompted to sign up for one. Don't worry, Canva is free to use.

3. Once you're done editing, download your design as a PDF PRINT FILE to your computer

4. Print through a professional printer, office supply store, online printing shop or our partner printer, 'Prints of Love'.

Each design has different elements that can or cannot be edited to so it's best to check the detailed listing description for the item you're interested in.

As a general guide,

- Overall size and orientation of the template CANNOT be changed. If you require a different size or orientation to what is listed in the description, please contact me via Etsy Messenger to see if it's possible.

- All of my templates are designed using free Canva elements or graphics from my personal graphics library, so there are no additional costs involved to customize the template. Although Canva does have a range of free and paid elements should you wish to customize further.

Make sure to check with your chosen printer first to see if they can accommodate the size you require.

You have several options for printing:

1. Your home printer (limited to smaller designs)

2. Copy center or office supply store such as Staples, OfficeMax, Walgreens, Officeworks or FedEx etc

3. An online printing company - I recommend Prints of Love. They offer high-quality prints and amazing customer service!

Many office supply stores or copy centers offer online ordering

Upon purchase you will be prompted to download the files containing the links to your templates. If you miss the prompt, you can find your purchased files in your Etsy account under 'Purchases and Reviews'

Make sure you are signed into Etsy using an internet browser as the Etsy app doesn't allow access to digital files.

Additionally, Etsy sends an automated email with a link to download your templates.

IMPORTANT: ***Please make sure the email associated with your Etsy account is up to date before purchasing as we don't manually email your files. Also check your junk folder as the email can sometimes end up there.

While it is entirely possible to edit these templates using the Canva phone app, I personally recommend editing the templates using a laptop or desktop computer for ease of use and managing your saved files.

All designs come with an instruction file which is aimed at editing your design from a desktop/laptop computer. (except for evites which will include instructions for editing with a phone)

Our templates are designed for users with basic to intermediate computer skills. If you find technology challenging, you may encounter difficulties during the editing process. Please consider your comfort level with digital tools before purchasing as we are unable to offer refunds or edit the templates on your behalf. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns.

My templates are intended STRICTLY FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. They are not approved for commercial use or distribution in any way. This includes but is not limited to utilization by party planners, funeral homes, contractors, or employees for any form of profit-making purposes or gain, whether monetary or not.

My designs are copyrighted under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 and Berne Convention. This means they are legally protected, and I kindly request that they are not used in any way that violates these policies.
