What beads do you use for your charms?

My charms are made using high quality gemstones, crystals and pearls and Czech glass beads sourced from reputable suppliers.

What metals do you use?

My jewellery is created using 925 sterling silver, 999 fine silver, copper, 14 carat (14K) gold filled or 14 carat rose gold filled findings and chains.

What is 14K gold fill?

Gold filled jewellery is not to be confused with gold plated and has around 100 times more gold than gold plated. It is created by bonding a layer of pure 14 carat gold to another base metal (usually brass). The layer of gold is much thicker than a normal electroplated coating (gold plated) and must be at least 1/20th (5%) of the total weight. It's an amazing, quality alternative to solid gold. Gold filled wears, looks and lasts like solid gold. It does not flake or rub off and is tarnish resistant. Anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worries of any allergic reaction to the jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is an economical alternative to solid gold!

How are your items packaged?

All my jewellery ships in a Tiny Tree Frog gift box made of recycled card, inside a bubble envelope. Wire wrapped charms and pendants are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a plastic grip-seal bag. The bag is then placed inside a bubble envelope for further protection.

Do you charge extra shipping if I order more than one item?

No, I only charge one flat rate shipping charge. Order as many items as you like and only pay the same fee for shipping. You can see my current shipping charges by clicking on the "Shipping & Policies" tab on individual items and then selecting your location from the drop down menu.

How long will my item(s) take to arrive?

I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post. International orders are shipped via either International Standard shipping (not tracked) or International Tracked shipping - you can choose which during checkout. According to Royal Mail’s website, delivery to Europe is within 3 to 5 working days and to the rest of the world within 5 to 7 working days of posting. This refers to the time for the package to ARRIVE in the country of destination and not subsequent Customs clearance and onward transmission by local postal services, which can take longer. However, most international orders arrive within around two weeks, although I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please see my policies for further information about shipping.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Please refer to my policies for full details regarding returns and refunds. You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping/postage costs. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances (excludes custom/personalised items and earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons). If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival (or doesn't arrive at all!), please contact me as soon as possible and we'll work out a solution, either a replacement or a refund. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all my items ship via a tracked postal service. Standard UK post is via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 post. There is also the option to upgrade this service to either Tracked 24 or Guaranteed Next Day delivery for an additional fee. International orders are shipped via Royal International Tracked Air Mail and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking does not mean that your item will be created quicker, nor does it mean faster shipping time or a guaranteed delivery date.

How long before my item is ready to ship?

Most of my items are ready to ship within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of cleared payment, depending on the time of day your order is received. You will receive an estimated dispatch date at checkout. You will be notified again once your order has actually shipped. Please allow for international time zones if you are outside the UK. Except during busy periods, I do not work weekends. If you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, I will not normally begin creating your piece until Monday.

I'm in the USA - will I have extra Customs fees to pay on my order?

I ship to the US via Royal Mail International Tracked Air Mail with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) which means there will be no additional fees or charges from US Customs. The price paid at checkout is the full and final cost.
