Everything in this shop is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. It is stated on the product image and in each product description. If you go to your Etsy profile picture there will be a dropdown menu. In that menu will be an option for Purchases and Reviews. There you will be able to find your digital downloads.

There are absolutely no refunds for digital items that you download.
