Furniture Care and Policy - Part 1: Dimensions

We use dimensional wood that we hand select for each furniture piece. Dimensional wood is wood that is advertised as "2x8" but is really 1.5x7.25". We always try to make the tables as close to measurements as possible but cannot guarantee the exact dimension requested because of the wood dimensions. The width of a furniture piece may vary up to but no greater than 4 inches. The length of a furniture piece may vary up to but no greater than 1.5 inches.

Furniture Care and Policy - Part 2: Hand-Made Characteristics

All of our items are handmade and most are custom made to order. As with any hand made item we cannot guarantee perfection. These are "rustic farmhouse" pieces and may not be perfectly level or flat. We work to make them as flat as possible but just know that they will not be perfect like you may find in a mass produced factory table. We put in every effort to make each piece as true to a rustic farmhouse charm while ensuring the integrity of the piece. We believe that the imperfections in the wood and the piece itself adds to that rustic charm you are looking for.

Furniture Care and Policy - Part 3: Characteristics of Wood

Each furniture piece will have small imperfections to which we celebrate. This includes, but is not limited to, knots, cosmetic/surface cracks in and between boards, unevenness, levelness, etc. Creases and/or cracking in and between the boards over time/changing of seasons is a completely normal characteristic of wood. Wood is an ever living object and can shrink/expand during changing seasons/temps/humidity changes, this makes it susceptible to warping. Hardwoods such as oak are less susceptible to warping over time. Upon request, we can create any furniture piece with the wood of your choice, including hardwoods such as oak.

What is the turnaround time for furniture pieces?

Our typical turn around time is 4-6 weeks from the order date. This timeline is dependent upon our workload, time of year (holidays) and the piece you ordered. We will communicate the timeline for your piece upon order placement. Please note that while we will secure quality and honest shipping, we do not have control over the amount of time a product is in transit once it is picked up from our shop. We will communicate with you every step of the way including a shipping timeline and any delays that may occur.

Shipping policies for furniture items

This policy includes but is not limited to furniture items such as the following; farmhouse dining table, rustic entry bench, farmhouse entry table, kids farmhouse table and benches. All items will be shipped once constructed. Message us directly to receive a shipping quote for the item before purchasing. All efforts are made to secure reliable, quick and quality shipping for each item. When shipping furniture there is always the risk of damage during transport. If an item receives damage or is delayed we will work with you to remedy the situation to the best of our ability. Please note that damages during transport are not the responsibility of our shop and refunds are not offered for damage to products during shipment.

Received Damaged Products

Any damage claims will be handled on a case by case basis. If your item does arrive with damage, the customer must take photos immediately and notify us with the photos. Depending on the circumstance we may issue a partial refund or a replacement. We must receive photos of the damaged item before processing any refund or replacement. There is NOT a guarantee a refund or replacement will be issued. We will do all that we can to ensure you receive your product in good working condition. We are not responsible for damage during shipment but will work with the customer to remedy the situation.

These cute white wood pumpkins are perfect for your fall decor this year! Each set is hand made to create that perfect rustic farmhouse look. Each wood pumpkin is freestanding and has a white buffalo plaid ribbon and straw for accents. The stems are real wood that our three year old picks out and is fastened to the top of each pumpkin.

They measure approximately 10, 8 and 6 inches without the stems. The stems add another 1-2 inches to the height.
