I can't download digital printable files on app, how can I get them?

NOTE: Use Etsy on browser (not app) To access your digital files, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Where can I get the frames?

There are many different places to get your frames from. The best option would be asking your local framers. Often these are amazing quality and you get that personal service too. Prices can be varied. I can also recommend Ikea or Amazon or the following framing websites: simplyframed.com www.framebridge.com homegoods.com target.com IKEA frames are affordable, easy to install and have a variety of sizes to choose from.

Do you sell printed + shipped posters?

Ofcourse! Please purchase printed & shipped listing in my shop. You can choose from the various sizes available. We use a Fulfillment Company, based in the US, to send the high quality prints. Prints will be ready to ship in about a week, although are often sent much sooner than that. Your prints will be shipped with a tracking number to your Etsy address (so please make sure it's correct) and will arrive in a protected, environmentally friendly triangular cardboard box.

I purchased a set of 3 print, but I only received a text file.

Inside the text file, you will see the download link. Please copy and paste that link into your browser, that will bring you to my google drive where you would download the files. The reason behind this, is because the files are too large to be downloaded directly from Etsy.

What type of paper do you recommend printing on?

I usually recommend printing on poster paper, matte or semi-gloss! Matte will give it a more natural feel, while semi-gloss will be more vibrant and saturated. Ideally a thick cardstock (200gsm minimum) with a Matte Finish.

How do I open the .zip files?

To open your zip file, simply right click on the file and select extract file, that should open up a new folder with your jpeg files.
