Please note that items in the Ready to Ship / In Stock category are already completed and prepared for dispatch. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend contacting us with your foot measurements before purchasing to ensure the best possible fit, as we are unable to make adjustments after purchase.

All shoes are handmade to order in our workshop in Athens, Greece. Each pair is crafted specifically for the customer. Because of this, we prioritize exchanges and fit adjustments rather than refunds. We are always happy to assist you before ordering to ensure the best possible fit. As each pair is made specifically for the customer, these items are considered personalized goods and are exempt from the EU and UK 14-day withdrawal right.
