Since our products are genuine leather, you will be able to use it for a long time. The maintenance of leather products is minimal and they are easy to care. If your leather products gets dirty by the use, just do a quick spot cleaning. You can clean with a damp cloth. Occasionally you may use a leather conditioner to keep your leather in good shape. If the wallet gets any light scratches, they will go away by rubbing with a clean fabric. Deep scratches may be treated with a white vinegar or a leather conditioner.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, gift wrapping is available. Also, we are able to place your special notes in the gift box if you have any.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we are able to produce and personalize the leather goods in bulk. We have special discounts if you purchase more than 5 leather goods. This is a good option if you are planning to purchase your Christmas gifts, Wedding Favors, and promotional items in bulk.

Yes, we are able to provide free mock up of your item so you can see how it would look like on actual order. You are welcome to choose different design options so you can decide which one you like the most. No purchase required to request free mock ups.

Engraving Your Design or Logo

Yes, we are able to engrave your design or logo on your leather items. The designs or logos should be applicable to engrave by laser engraving machines. We will be happy to guide you during this process and advise you if your designs or logos are eligible to be engraved on leather products. For any question, send us a message and we will get back to you as soon possible.

Yes, you are able to make any design changes prior to engraving. Once it is engraved on the leather item then we will not be able to make any design changes. You are welcome to message us if there is still time to make any design changes.

- Issue with the Item Please always communicate with us if there is any issues with your leather items. We value your happiness and we will be happy to help you about the issues you may have. If the product is damaged then we will be happy to replace it with the new one. - Issue with the Shipment We are shipping the items in 1 - 3 business days and we work hard to make it happen. But if there is a delay in the shipment due to the carrier, there is not much we can do other than tracking the item until you receive it. We are in the same boat when it comes to shipment. I received our first order and my dogs chewed it! I contacted the store to purchase a second journey explaining what happened. My second journal was quickly made, shipped, and received before my son’s graduation party! We are so grateful as he leaves for a military academy a week after the party.
