Custom and personalized orders

Think through your color and design options BEFORE placing your order. If you change your mind AFTER your custom item is made, and it is made to your original specifications, it will not be changed, refunded, exchanged or remade. If for some reason your item is not properly made to your specifications, we will gladly remake it to meet the requirements and specifications laid out in your original order. (This does not include color changes or any other changes to the original specifications.) If you are sent a proof picture to review prior to shipping, this is not so you can evaluate your design decisions, or change your mind, it is sent so you can check and make sure we have made it in accordance to your original order specifications.

What happens if I don't specify colors on my custom order?

When a buyer purchases an item, but does not specify colors, shades of colors and other specifics, the item will be made in the colors and fonts of our choosing.

All croc charms will fit properly on standard clogs, some designs, however, will by nature take up more room on the clog than others. In general, the more detailed the design, the more size it will require. If a specific size of shoe charm is required, this information needs to be included with the order. If we are unable to fill your request for a specific size, we reserve the right to refund your order.

Is there any way I can change the colors of my item after submitting my order?

A 'Color Change Fee' equal to half the price of the item will be charged on any item that has already been designed.

What if I decide I need to change my design?

Once a custom order is placed, our design team goes right to work on it. At the time the order is submitted with payment, the window of opportunity to change the design is closed. Items that are made to the Buyer’s Order Specifications will NOT be refunded, changed, exchanged or returned.

What if I need to change the quantity of charms?

Let us know as soon as you can so they can all be printed and mailed together. We will send you a custom invoice for the additional charms and combine the shipping charges so you only pay for it once!

Can I order logos for professional sports teams?

No, we do not knowingly replicate protected art. Many college logos do not require a license and can be reproduced. Most high schools allow the use of their logos and mascots, but we will not replicate the logos of professional sports teams.

Policy Regarding Property Rights in Submitted Artwork and Unacceptable Artwork

Do not send copyrighted or trademarked artwork belonging to other individuals or entities unless you have the owner’s express permission to do so. We reserve the right to reject artwork or ask for proof of ownership. We follow this policy because a failure to do so could result in legal action by the owner of the intellectual property. We reserve the right to reject subject matter that is deemed by us to contain derogatory, inflammatory or objectionable content. This includes images, symbols, lude expressions, questionable language or articles containing profanity or pornography.

What if I have a tracking number, but my order is not delivered?

If the tracking information shows that we shipped your package and it has left our local post office, your order will NOT be refunded. We cannot be responsible for the workings of the entire United States Postal Service, we can only guarantee that if you have paid for your order, we will put it in the mail to you. If your tracking number shows that it is still in route, be patient. If you choose to re-order let us know, we can put a rush on it. If you have a tracking number and it says it was delivered, but was not, go to your local post office and inquire. Usually it can be recovered. If it is not, we will not replace your item for free.
