Can I return a custom order ?

if your item was bespoke and made to order made for you especially with chosen words and colours I am unable to do a refund unless I made a mistake ( colour or spelling ) or if item has been damaged in transit. If I think I can re sell the item I can offer a refund ( only exceptional cases ) once the item comes back to me . Buyer is responsible to cover return shipping cost

Will I need to sign for a package upon delivery ?

Packages sent are recorded priority. Signatures may be required upon delivery. This depends on the mail provider in your country and some of them require signatures to prove that the items have been delivered. I don't request it when I ship the packages. This gets decided by the post office in the destination country

what if I am not home when the postman tries to deliver the package ?

Don't worry, if you are not in and if there is nobody to accept the package for you , the postman takes it back to the local post office . Items wait there for two weeks awaiting collection . In some cases you can arrange a re delivery online ( in some USA states ).

Where do I find my tracking number ?

Tracking number can be found in your "purchase history " within your etsy profile

How quickly can you ship out my order?

It is usually the next day but times when I am extremely busy it may take up to 5 working days

I missed my package , how long do I have to go and pick it up from the post office ?

It's there for 2 weeks before they return it to me, sometimes they decide to return it after a week ( some European countries)

Why do I need to keep an eye on the tracking ?

I advise to keep an eye on the tracking so the package doesn't get sent back if the postman misses you at home. Tracking shows attempted delivery and the package's journey, please keep an eye on those

There has been no tracking updates for me for a week . What is happening?

Don't worry. It takes a while sometimes for the international orders to be ' accepted " in the destination country . Please feel free to message me if you have any doubts or questions. sometimes there's no update for a couple of weeks and thats absolutely normal . it also depends on where you're located and whether you are far away from us or not . we are always happy to chat if you have any concerns . Please be aware that the delivery dates are estimated based on previous experience with shipping to particular countries and delays may occur

can you make something in special font for me ?

Yes, of course I can. Please message me first and send me a picture or the name of the font you are interested in

You made a sign for me previously and I would like another one that matches so I can have them both displayed together . Can this be done ?
