Customer service was awesome! Seller didn’t have materials on hand and shipment to her was going to be delayed. Instead of ignoring it or just waiting for her to be ready she reached out to me and told me my options and then we were able to discuss further customization. I loved the transparency and of course I loved the items once received. I will absolutely recommend seller a million times
