Please make sure when you check out you leave the name with the correct spelling. Monograms must be left in the exact order you want it printed. We will not refund for this. Monograms etiquette is first intitial, last initial, middle initial. For example Ashely Lynn Speer would be ASL. We can accommodate 4 letter initials, but please understand it is limited to certain monogram styles.

Please be aware that different computer screens can make colors appear lighter or darker then what they really are.

All our items are printed except for Brumate drinkware. If we do use vinyl it will say this in the listing.

Transparency Statement: We create most of the designs in my small shop in Florida and South Carolina digitally. After that, we have them printed, packaged, and shipped by my print providers within the USA (with the exception of one product from abroad). As a result, we do not see the final product. However, we do have samples of my products in my home, so we know they are of great quality. If there are any quality or printing issues upon delivery, please reach out to me via Etsy messages and we will be happy to resolve them.

Due to Etsy policy we will only answer emails sent through our Etsy shop. This is to protect us and you on your purchase incase a problem arises. Please only email us through our Etsy shop. We will not respond to emails sent to any other address. Again this is an Etsy policy for your protection.

We ship all items with in 24 hours of sending tracking number. SInce COVIDbegan we will no longer refund due to items being delayed. Per postal website delays can be up to 15 business days. Postal does not always scan labels at this time of year there for tracking may not update. We cannot control this. If after 15 bus. days you still do not have your item we will file a claim and remake the item. Item is not considered lost until it has been nondelivered for 30 days. We will not refund for shipping or missing packages until then. We will always work with you and offer a replacement or refund after 30 days. Please keep in mind we were in the path of 2 hurricanes. This has caused a damper on our business as well

Due to shortage with delivery carries we cannot guarantee delivery at this time. Please make sure you reach out if this is a urgency. If after 15 days your item has not moved in transit or been delivered, please reach out and we will gladly send a reprint if we cannot get it located.

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized order as we cannot resell. If there was mistake on our part as far as spelling , color etc. Reach out and we will send a reprint out to you. Due to the nature of personalized we cannot accept returns.
